Annihilator is a great program but it has a number of longstanding issues, and being written in VB5 makes it difficult to update. I used to make maps, so the tool I remember most was Annihilator. While these tools clearly work, they have become somewhat dated and, in some instances, contain crippling bugs. One thing that bugs me is that the community still relies on tools developed by modders when the game was young.
